ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ 19 ਨਵੰਬਰ (ਰਾਜਕੁਮਾਰ ਸਾਥੀ)। ਅੱਜ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ (ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਆਰ.) ਦੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਮੈਡਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਨੂ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਕਨਸਲਟੈਟ ਮੈਡਮ ਅੰਸ਼ੂ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਨਸਲਟੈਟ ਮੈਡਮ ਕਰੀਸ਼ਮਾ ਬੁਰਾਗੋਹਿਨ ਇਸ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸਨ। ਉਕਤ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾਪੁਰੀ, ਗਿੱਲ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸਨ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਮੰਕਮਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੈਨਾਤ ਅਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਮੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਸੰਗਿਆਨ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਜੇ.ਜੇ. ਐਕਟ 2016 ਦੇ ਵੱਖ–ਵੱਖ ਉਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਰੁਸਤ ਨਹੀ ਸਨ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸਕਿਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਆਫ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਡਾ. ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਜਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ ਈਸਟ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਨੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਡਾ. ਪ੍ਰਗਿਆ ਜੈਨ ਏ.ਡੀ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਸਮੀਰ ਵਰਮਾ ਏ.ਡੀ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ, ਰਾਜਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਏ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ. ਇੰਡਸਟ੍ਰੀਅਲ ਏਰੀਆ–ਬੀ, ਗੁਲਬਹਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੀ.ਪੀ.ਓ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਪੁਨੀਤ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਡੀ.ਪੀ.ਆਰ.ਓ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਡਾ. ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਜੇ.ਜੇ. ਬੋਰਡ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੰਗੀਤਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਾਲ ਭਲਾਈ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੋਮਾਣਾ ਰਿਟਾ: ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸੀ. ਡਬਲਿਊ. ਸੀ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਕਮਲਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ., ਰਸ਼ਮੀ ਸੈਣੀ ਡੀ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਓ. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ,  ਡਾ. ਸੌਰਵ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਅਫਸਰ, ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਜਨ ਦਫਤਰ, ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਪੀ ਐਚ, ਸਾਰਾ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਤਰੁਨ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਸੁਪਰਡੰਟ ਆਬਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਐਸ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਆਰ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਜ਼ਿਲਾ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਅਨੂ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਵੱਲੋ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਜੋ ਖਾਮੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਡਿਟੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋ ਅਬਜਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਏ ਦੋਰੇ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਕੁੱਝ ਖਾਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੰੰਗਿਆਨ ਲੈਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਿਲਾ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੌੜੀਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲੋ ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁੱਰਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਵੀ ਸਨ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁੱਰਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਾਪਰਦੇ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮ ਅਗੇਤ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੱਧ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ–ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚਿਆ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਮੇ–ਸਮੇ ਉਪਰ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਸਾਪ ਦੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਰਾਂਹੀ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਜੇ.ਜੇ. ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਕੋ ਐਕਟ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵੱਲੋ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਜਲਦ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
